I have always serviced my car at the official Al Nabooda Porsche service. In Dubai and Sharjah. The last time they did not give my car back for 32 days because they were supposedly waiting for spare parts and could not give an exact return date. Naturally, all this was accompanied by a huge cost. I explained to them the reasons that bothered me, but more than a month later they did a lot of things that I did not ask for, but did not solve my problem. At the Golden Horse center, they told me the reason 30 seconds after I explained the reason for the request. The master receiver named Bekboz did it alone, unlike the entire staff of the official dealer. So far everything works and I am happy. Thank you. I have another issue that I plan to contact there and I hope that the issue will be resolved just as quickly and effectively. By the way, my issue was resolved in two days. Including the delivery of spare parts.

Приехал поменять колодки, все сделали быстро, оперативно нашли оригинал колодок. Все чисто, ухоженно, внутри очень просторно. Отдельное спасибо менеджменту за отличный сервис и холодные напитки после жары🤝🏻👍🏻
