    Do I need an appointment?

    No — you can drive in Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 20:00. A slot booked in advance by WhatsApp or phone means the car goes straight to a lift without waiting.

    How do I find the workshop?

    Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, 22nd Street, Warehouse 4 — next to the Galadari Motor Driving Centre. Tap “Get directions” above for the route from where you are. Parking at the workshop is free.

    Can you collect the car?

    Yes, pickup and delivery within Dubai are arranged on request — tell us the address and time in WhatsApp and we confirm the cost and the slot.

    How fast do I get a quote?

    Send the make, model, year and photos or a description of the problem on WhatsApp — the advisor replies within minutes with a price range. The final itemised quote (parts, labour, time) is confirmed after inspection, before any work starts.

    Which languages do you speak?

    The service advisors speak English, Russian and Arabic; the website is in the same three languages.

    How can I pay?

    Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Prices on the site are quoted excluding 5% VAT, which is added at invoicing.
